Monday is Get Your Sleep Day

Did you know that kids need 9 to 12 hours of sleep? Having a bedtime routine is a great way to be prepared for a restful night's sleep!

Tuesday is Mindfulness/Mental Health Day

Practice loving-kindness meditation and handle stress with healthy habits.

Our school will join the Children's Mental Health Matters Campaign to raise awareness of the importance of children's mental health and offer mental health resources.

 

Wednesday is Screen limit Day /Safe Technology Day

Turn off those screens after school and go on our Bradley Hills Wellness scavenger hunt! Scavenger hunt clues will be sent to parents on an AtoZ email, so get ready to find those clues!

Thursday is Nutrition/Eat the Rainbow Day

Join us for a School-wide evening cooking class at 6:30pm on Zoom! We’ll be making zucchini boats with Chef Veronica! What fruits and vegetables will you eat today?

Do you like to cook? Share a video of yourself cooking on Flipgrid recipe share!

 

Friday is Fitness Day

Get moving! You can get some exercise by doing an at-home workout and by playing in your backyard, going for a walk, run, bike ride, or even a hike in the woods with your family! What exercise will you do this weekend?
