Recycle your plastic film at BHES

Please help the BHES Green Team recycle plastic film!

BHES will be competing against hundreds of other schools to recycle the most plastic film this school year. In addition to providing a better understanding and appreciation for the importance of recycling, Trex® will donate a high-performance composite bench to the winning school, and bestow honorary awards to every school that participates.

  • How we can do it:

  • Your child can place plastic bags and other plastic films in the three labeled plastic film recycling bins that will be located around BHES.

  • The Green Team will weigh and report the collected materials every month before delivering them to one of the drop-off retailer locations

  • Winners are announced on Earth Day in April 2022
